standard VGA resolution after failed BIOS Update

Hallo,

during a BIOS update of my G400 16MB my computer hung up under WIN NT 4.0. After a restart the screen left dark and nothing happend. The recover disk of matrox made a reset of the BIOS.
But now I can't install matrox display driver and it runs in 800x600 with 16 colors.
When I want to flash the BIOS again occures the error "0x300".

I hope someone can help me
