G200 problems, HELP! :)
This is a weird problem.
Suddenly my G200 (AGP, 8mb) stopped working. When i turn on the computer, it finds it. I know it finds it because if it didn't it would make the beeping noise, im sure of that.
I got a PCI controller from a friend just temporarily. Now i tried to get my g200 back working, and when i booted windows2000. it found it and it added it to the device list. And now im using the g200 in windows (2 monitor mode). Cause the monitor won't show anything until win2k boots. And i have tried other monitors on the G200 so the problem is not with the monitor.
I tried to update the BIOS to 1.04, no help. And then i tried to recover the bios (with resetbios.zip from here, MURC).
Please, any help will be appreciated.
