5.55,G200,Fic 503+
Been gone for awhile,has anyone tried this combo or should I just stick with the 5.41 drivers which are very stable for me and update the bios

Stick with the 5.41 drivers for now. The 5.52 and 5.55 versions will crash whenever you run a Direct 3D game or application using a VIA chipset and a G200. Matrox is aware of the problem and is working on a fix for the next drivers.
