Where can I download Powerdesk 5.06 for Win2K?

I've been looking for Powerdesk 5.06 for Win2K but haven't been able to find it. It's not here @ Murc nor can I find it at Matrox. I would like to try them after some of you said they worked best for you and are the most stable. Any help would be very much appreciated!

Note that they are meant to be used with the videotools iow Marvel/RRG. However they work fine on a regular G400 without an RRG.
