Matrox is developing a nice solid codebase for the G card drivers.
Believe me, you don't want them to have to start from scratch again.

Yeah the Condorgate info is still lurking on the news page somewhere. I presumed as we see G450 specifcally mentioned the only Condor remaining in flight must be the alpha/beta G800 hardware

Anyway, I understand your logic, Ant, but I still pose the question, why is it still in there ...

a.) it is the G800 (or whatever they'll call it)
b.) it's a left over of early G450 tets boards which are supposed to be run under PD6.x

Either possibility could be true, but WTF do some internal boards in our public (beta) drivers ???

Maybe that's the reason why they pulled it off their download page ?

Well all of those boards mentioned are nothing more than internal betas at the moment If Condor is G800 then it must be close.

I think the name Condor is just an internal pre-G450 label ...

Remember that leaked info a few weeks ago ?
They wrote about Condor I (=G450) and Condor II (=G800).

Wonder why it's still in there though.
