The same multiple of 32 problem with DVDMax, TVOut and Divx movies also manifests itself with ASF movies which is not surprising since Divx is a hack of ASF

About people who are angry because they cannot play the DVD rips they dowloaded from the web using the DVDmax... I think...

Don't know, what's wrong, but almost every clip (mpg, avi or qt) I open, will by pumped automatically to fullscreen TV out ...

I think it has to utilize video overlay mode to playback the movie instead of using the blitter (I know that 320x240 worked and looked awesome on my TV).

Maggi,

The problem is not with videos that are in a multiple of 32 but with those that are not. Most DVD rips are done at 720 (the original DVD size) so therefore they don't display on TVOut using DVDMax.
