I don't understand why he wants a PCI card on a BX chipset. If you go PCI on the video card, than you might as well get a VIA based mobo, the only thing you'll overclock will be the CPU and you get rid of the AGP driver thing

Well, because he managed to get a BX board up to 170 MHz FSB.

Of course, his overclocking methods are a little extreme. Here are some excerpts from his "cooling" page:

"After 10 minutes. Frost begins to settle. The thermometer shows -184 degrees F(-120 degrees C)."

And this is why Windows 95 is the OS of choice on Pluto:
