"Windows 2000 Service Pack 1 is coming out on Monday, July 17th and Matrox has said that it is supposed to fix the DualHead issue.
Well, Matrox, how long do you think it will take you to release beta drivers that support TRUE DualHead under Windows 2000?"
this statement has been altered for some time now....
MS will NOT fix it in SP1, and Matrox asked MS when they will fix it.... they said it was very unlikely they ever would in Win2k.

- What do you get when you put N nVidia whores in a circle and each one pats the person on their right on the back and says "nVidia wins 3dfx and Michael Knight any day of the week!" ?
- You get N people with a boosted ego, and no-one loses anything; keep up the good work, boys!

I think that since "other" card makers are starting to copy DualHead, the demand for it to work properly in win2k will grow.
Eventually, I think they'll get it in there, but you never know with M$. Maybe it'll be in win2005......Core2 Duo E7500 2.93, Asus P5Q Pro Turbo, 4gig 1066 DDR2, 1gig Asus ENGTS250, SB X-Fi Gamer ,WD Caviar Black 1tb, Plextor PX-880SA, Dual Samsung 2494s
