Oh yes it does!!!
The G400 is very popular with people setting up Home Theater Large Screen systems because you can modify the video timings to 480P and 1080i.

My response was with regards to the TV-out capability, not the primary video controller. The limit of the MGA_TVO is the pixel clock value which is 135Mhz. Also the Horizontal value has to be divisible by 8. Register with Developer Relations on the Matrox website to access G400 chip specification documents.
