Divx and tv-out?

I have a Matrox G400 and I´m using tv-out to see Divx movies on my tv.
With most movies it works perfect but sometimes no picture is shown on the tv eventhough everything looks ok on the pc-monitor.

Does anybody know why this happens and how I can fix it?

It would be easier if they had put the DivX movie not passed through TV-out thread into the FAQ like I previously had suggested.
