SMP fixed in latest Win2k drivers?

Hi,

Using Quake3 1.25 and the pap1 demo from Planetquake, my fps increased from 47.5 (r_smp 0) to 51.1. Is SMP finally fixed, or am I seeing this due to some other effect?
