G400 VGA to RGB

I need to connect the VGA output of a G 400 to a standard RGB input. I know that matrox card are capable to output a composite sync signal... but how about refresh frequency? How can I manadge to make the G 400 output a vertical sync signal of 60 Hz and the horizontal of 15 Khz?

If you have a DH model, you can use the 2nd VGA output and configure it to clone mode.

Then it outputs through the bundled video adapter and a.f.ai.k. there was a discussion how to build an adapter to use RGB through SCART connection ... search the forum for that.
