Help please

I just installed a g400 32mb singlehead card into my girlfriends computer. Everything was working fine. I attempted to make a backup of the bios with makedisk. It erased the bios instead. I was able to use my dualhead emergency disk, but only dos and safe mode have video. Windows has garbage. Can someone with a singlehead email me the bios.

Try the bios recover utility from Matrox.
I assume that you used an emergency disk made with makedisk.exe. This is a different utility.

"For G-Series graphics cards only.
This utility will restore your Matrox Graphics card's BIOS to the factory settings. Please read the readme file before downloading"

I already tried that. I must have I screwed it up when I used my dual-head bios.

I have a 32meg SH G400. I dont' know exactly what you need, but email me with instructions and I will help if I can.

Thank you for the offer. The computer won't even boot now with the card in it. The the file wouldn't help. I got an RMA and am exchanging it for a new one.
