Standby in WINME with G400MAX

I’ve a problem to startup my computer when it was in Standby modus in WIN ME.
When I run pmres.exe (to see what the problem was) the program gives me the message that my Matrox Millennium G400 Max Dualhead is the problem!
I use the following drivers; VIA 4-in-1 4.25a; MATROX 6.10; BIOS K7V 1007 (all the latest drivers!)

Is there a patch available or how can I resolve the problem?


Another question; should I set AGP Fast Write ENABLED in the BIOS?
