Dr. Matrox, not meaning to decry your fine piece of work but have you seen Maggi's G400 chip cooling? it's awesome!
maybe he'll show it again here for comparison.

Sorry Maggi's g400 needs a runway to start up on. It also does 0-60 faster than a porsche.

Anyone tried mouting a Blue Orb on a G400 yet? They just look so awesome (and would match my Slot A Golden Orb nicely. )

                          Hello!
I have also modified my Max a little by adding a bigger heatsink/fan.

A couple of days ago my teacher gave me 2 33W TEC:s, as you can imagine i got very happy =)

                          So here's the question:
Can I put one of these on my Max ?
Will it make any difference to the overclocking potential?

I am running at 165/220MHz now.

                          Best regards, Zork.

I just mounted a Blue Orb on my G400 Max. It fits perfectly, no problems. So far I'm running at 165/220 MHz, btw.

                              Excellent job, Doc !!!

Since my good old G400 was called earlier in this thread (thanx for credit, dudes !) and Greebe already put his 'compressor' in here, I might also add my attempts ...

I wish I had those nice little heatsinks that Doc put onto his RAM chips, cos I bet I could have gotten my good ole Vanilla well beyond MAX clocks with those aids ...

                              Cheers,
                              Maggi
