I recently installed PD 6.10.
Starting then, every day or two, I get a complete system lock up with a blank screen with only a "equal sign" shaped cursor in the upper left corner of the screen. this usually occurs after I have not used the system for over an hour and MS power management has activited.
I have turned off Norten utilities and virus checker and also the system scheduler and the problem still happens.
I even stopped playing MS flight Sim 2000 to see if that helped, it did not.
I mostly use just plain vanilla applications like office 2000, adobe photoshop and explorer 5.0
(During installation of the drivers I received a system stack overflow message and it went away. Matrox tech support told me not to worry about it.)
I would appreciate any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this problem.
thanks
Grant
