Mystique G200 and new BIOS

I have a Mystique G200 with 8MB of SDRAM. The card is functioning perfectly fine, but I was wondering if it was a good idea to flash the BIOS? Current BIOS is ver. 1.3 - 11.
Can I squese a little more performance out of it with a new BIOS, or is it only recomended if I have spesific problems?

No more performance. I forget the issues it fixed as I just sold my G200 and don't have the docs anymore. There is a readme with the files tho...
