I suggest you go to www.vtoy.fi/jv16/index.shtml
click "Other" and d/l CPU Stability Test.

This is a good help if you run into troubles when oc:ing; knowing if the CPU runs stable is essential.
And it´s free.

I've always used the Dcypher/Process tree program to run the CPU at 100% http://www.dcypher.net

works well for me.
