Anyone using an ATI's graphic card notebook? Please book inside?

I have bought a Dell Insipion 8000 notebook with 32MB Mobility M4 graphic card, I got a 3D Marks 8018(640x480), much higher than G400, why?

Is the processor speed in your laptop higher than in your desktop? If so then there is your answer.
