  • Disabling Dual Monitors on the g400 dualhead flex 3d edition card

I came back from a month shoot in Utah and somebody at the office messed up my edit station. here's the problem my computer thinks I have dual monitor displays which I don't and I can't reverse or switch it back to the way it was, which interferes with editing in Premere. I ran the Matrox quickdesk diagnostic and it tells my that "both" my displays are running fine, I only have one monitor. under my desktop->display properties->settings it has a picture of two monitors where before it only had one. Under the advanced set up I tried everything, disabling dualhead on both displays but nothing happened. Can anybody please help me!??!?!

Did you reboot after disabling dualhead?

Yes I rebooted but there was no change, so maybe I thought windows change my drivers or something so I went to check and they looked the same. I double checked and went into regedit and it registred no change either. I just don't have a bloody clue.

Use Matrox' uninstaller and reinstall the latest Powerdesk that fully supports the Flex.

        Hope that helps ...
