    Gurm:
    I found the key.
Am I to add a Binary Value or Dword value from Edit? If Binary, how do I add in all the zeros?
It looks like it should be Dword value as it also has 0X00000000 (0) "extension" as all entries above.
This will be my very first addition to a registry.

    Thanks

The actual registry key will look something like this:

      HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\g400\Device 0

You will need to Add a new entry in there (New, Binary Value) and put 00 00 00 00 as the contents.

I have a P2B-DS and a G400 and have had the same problem as everyone else.

        Hi all,
Sorry for coming in late and clueless. Could someone tell me some of the problems that they are having with SMP boxes and G400's? I have a SMP box running Win2k w/SP1 and so far have had relatively few problems with my setup. I am currently using 5.20 drivers. Rest of my setup is in the sig.

          Hi,

I don't know if you noticed, but this thread is VERY old, and was for some odd reason brought back to life. These problems have long since been fixed.
