G400MAX clock settings

What are the clocks settings for the G400 MAX.
I've currently got my G400 clocked at 150 core 200 memory. But what is the MAX at???
And what cooling would someone recommend to keep my G400 running smooth (please don't suggest a TennMax)

You're G400 is running at MAX speed...

cooling? the best you can get. Depends on the quality of your memory/core. Some g400 vanillas clock to 150/200 without the need of much extra cooling, some won't do it stable with no matter how much cooling.
