analog satellite reception with Matrox TV card

I'm not sure, but are you asking for a way to use your TV tuner as a satelite reciever ?

I think it's easiest to use a regular reciever and send the s-video signal into the RR-G. Quality should be great.

That is of course not possible. Terrestrial and satellite tv are quite different, they use different frequencies, bandwidths, sound systems etc. Besides, analogue receivers are quite cheap these days.
