G400 and all 3D games to dark

All 3d games are too dark,I have a P3 600, 128mb ram, abit bx6 r2 motherboard, windows 98se..Been like this since I bought the card about a year ago..Have tried all the drivers.

Step 2: Adjust the brightness controls in the game.

That's really all there is to it.

Maybe a BIOS update for your G400 could help too ...

Or turn the gamma setting in PDesk up, that's what I used to do with Counter-Strike and Everquest (before EQ fixed the in-game gamma setting to work with D3D).
