Am I correct in assuming that Matrox have registered the DualHead name as a trademark, or something similar?
The following ad from "atomic" magazine caught my attention. (apoligies to dial-up users)
It quite obivously calls this card a Dual Head card. I wasn't sure if this was just a problem with the company running the ad getting it wrong, so I checked on Leadtek's website and sure enough, I found this - http://www.leadtek.com/geforce2mx/gf2mxdhpro.htm - on the GeForce 2 MX DH Pro. Leadtek's page doesn't refer to Dualhead at all, but it makes you wonder where they got "DH" from.![](http://forums.murc.ws/ubb/smile.gif)
I guess, they couldn't abbreviate "TwinView" to "TV" otherwise it would get a little confusing.![](http://forums.murc.ws/ubb/smile.gif)
Anyone got any information on whether or not this is a copyright breach or anything?
