How much can you OC G450/G400?

I can only OC my G450 from 115MHz (default speed, using the latest Power Strip) to 124MHz without any additional cooling device..

Anyone care to share their experienc??

RAM (DDR) @ 360MHz

G400 32MB DualHead
gfx clock @ 150MHz
(SG-)RAM @ 200MHz

i've got my G400 32meg up from 125/166 to 150/200 aswell, or i could go with 170/190 but i just stay with 150/200 cause then i can say i have a G400MAX

I´ve got my "vanilla" @ to 160/200 with MGAt settings set to 400/ 2.5,2,2.5 and the rest
are set to 3,1,3,8,3,1,fast,1,1,1,0.6,0.6,2497 and its running fine. 3Dmark 2000 > +3500(16),2690(32)
My specs are P3800@850,Toshiba 256Mb ECC,IBM 75GXP 45Gb,Abit BE6-2 v.1.2,SB64 PCI,Hitachi CM766 19" 1280/1024/32 85Hz, CD-RW+CD-R and Matrox G400@+max with "486" cooling fan.
Driver 6.23 Bios 2.03? DirectX 8a.
Temperatures: CPU 30-35 C°, Matrox 32-38 C° (with Abit´s own cable)

My G450's default speeds are 125/158
and it can be clocked to 154/195.
I installed small fan on it.
3dMark gives ~3050

P3 800@920
Asus P3B-F
256 Mb

My G400 will do 180 MHz core, but unfortunately the memory craps out at 180 MHz.
