Big probleme with G400 max...

I've got a big probbleme with 3DS Max 4.
Also with all of my games (2D or 3D).

the screen goes fuzzy.... with multicolor line everywere... or just reboot without any reason afther a short time of playing or working.

The only thing work fin was photoshop illustrator and all this design software.

So what can i do?? I've lost a lot of work because of these crashs....

oki now Matrox... please check your card there is a big probleme!!! i'm sure.

i'v try the AGP patch.... and all of these kind of help... but the probleme return...

and i rally dont know how to upgrade the bios....

and now help me please!!

not just ask to try the card on onother computer please....

Have you installed correctly the 4in1 Via chipse drivers?

You'd can install the latest version and then you wouldn't be some problems.

I've an Athlon 800 with an Asus K7V and a G400MAX @ 170/228 and all goes very well.

Another problem could be your power supply... too small for your CPU and Motherboard.

Asus A7V needs to work hight Amperes and a big stability of the power supply.

The memory setup iss too very important. Be sure (in Bios setup) is would be set to 3T (cast latency) and PC133 or 4/3 in speed mode.
