G-450 Dualhead tv-out

Hello from Barcelona, Spain.
I have a G-450LE dualhead on an ASUS CUV4X-E
motherboard with P3-667.
I only use the secondary monitor output attached to a 25" tv with the Matrox adapter (S-VHS output). But I have two black borders (up and down) on my clone desktop. With some DVD's (the 4:3 aspect ones) I see these borders too!. The display adjustments are set to maximum.

I have a G400 and are seeing the same thing in DVDMAX, clone and zoom are disabled with no apparent way to enable them
Anyone?
