  • Well big M, what's coming???

    Hey Matrox,
I know that you don't want to tell anyone what's happenning inside your underground nuke shelter 1km under your Dorval Labs, but letting a few pieces of info out could be VERY appreciated by enthusiasts/geeks/fans like us...

Even ST is coming out with new products faster than Matrox is... The Kyro II sure looks interesting on paper... Why don't you give us a few juicy pieces to feed ourselves on... like:
    bipbipbip...G800...bipbipbip...soon...bipbipbip... GDC or CEBIT...bipbipbip...fast...bipbipbip...VERY fast...end transmission

I'm starting to loose my hair because of you guys...so please, avoid me costly hair transplant and do something, FAST (in every possible meaning of the term...)

A disciple who needs to be enlightened,
    Francis Beausejour

Hi Haig, I read you will be on the Cebit. So better show something good or we have to torture you badly.

Any ideas on what we should do to him?

Yeah, Pit, cauz if someone made me work with on GF3 or GF2 at 1600x1200x32@85 for more than one hour, You'd hear my "Scream O'Horror" all the way from the UK and then I would put red-hot nails in my eyes...

I think making him learn by heart all nVIDIA's Det. and NEDs version numbers and all the "Erratums-not-bugs" in them would be something more suitable...

                      Jokes asides,
I just hope our divine leader's (Ant) predictions on M's next big thing won't be true: a souped-up G400 is far from what I want... I would like a chip with 3D performance and features of the GeForce 3, the innovation of the Kyro II, the Radeon's DVD quality and performance and finally, M's legendary 2D/3D quality and Dual-Head. I don't mind paying $300-400 US (but nothing over $400...) for the 64 MB Dual-Head version, as long as there a cheaper version to broaden the card's acceptance, say with slighty slower clock rates like in the G400 16 MB, 32 MB and Max case...

M, we're all counting on you so please, do not disappiont us... In that case, we would have to send some "associates" to your headquarters... ...

(Little Francis praying by is bedside): -Dear Lord, if you give M the courage to produce a nice 3d card like that GSchormf 3 without nVIDIA's fuc...bad 2D quality, I promess never to pull the cat's tail again . . . ok, ok, and not to cover Gabe's toilet seat with honey . . . OK,OK,OK, and not to sneak in the girls' dorm at night . . . AMEN.
(And Little Francis goes to sleep, dreaming about the day the Fedex guy ring the doorbell with a brand new G800 in his hands . . . ok, ok ,O K, . . . he was dreaming of Heidi Klum in that tight little 'kini. . .

The only thing I wiah is that the performance of 3D would be at least somwhere between GF2 and GF3. I don't play so much games so this doesn't matter so much too me (but it does to kids). Offcoure it would be great if it would have great support for bussines 3D apps. And offcourse the best 2D quality and performance ever.

I wish you much success Matrox.

The second song after that NVidia-one should be titled: "Keep the insults or you`re gonna feel my boots!" *LOL*
