Perhaps they need the higher res support.

      Maggi and others, why G450?

I really don't understand, but why are people upgrading to G450s when they already had a G400?
      I really really don't understand.
What's so special with G450 to make you choose it over the G400 series?

Nobody has claimed G450 is an "upgrade" to G400. The only reason anyone with a G400 would want to move to a G450 is if they need higher res/refresh on their 2nd monitor than G400 can put out. Otherwise, G400, and especially MAX are still superior to G450 in most ways.
My G450 went into my office CAD machine, to replace the garbage ATI RagePro it had in it. My G400 remains in my home rig.

With dual-displays, do you guys notice a slight image quality(crisp images, sharp colors, etc..) difference with the two screens counting that the two moniters are of the same brand and model? Do you think the G400 DH is more worth then the G450DH?

            Now I'm getting a G450.
Forget what I said about the V2 for it didn't make any logical sense.

The G450 is faster in most cases than a V2.

As long as you get the 32mb DDR, yea the G450 is faster. Too many ppl getting 16mb SDR and saying "why is it so slow?".

The voodoo2 does have the advantage of glide support, if you like to play old games (most noticably old classic EA SPORTS games).
