Driver question !

Hi,
i have two questions:

1. Which is the best driver for many FPS in cs ?

2. Can i combine any driver like installing the 6.04 driver and replacing an dll ???
Because I would like to have the 6.04 driver + TurboGL performace but I also want that alt+tab work in cs !
