The title pretty much says everything. I want to use a G450 as a secondary video card and still use both heads under Win2k. Is this possible? I have a triple monitor setup and I would like to have it like this so I can free up a PCI slot by having only have two video cards instead of three.

should be working, but I fear that depends on the drivers ...
at least when you use Matrox cards exclusively, it does work.
What would be your primary display adapter ?Despite my nickname causing confusion, I am not female ...

Just set your BIOS to use PCI as primary display adapter and you should be fine.
