Funny thing, I don't see anything newer than 5.51 (Win2k), there's 5.33, 5.34, 5.51 and five versions of video tools.
Did they pull it off ?

    I'm half done downloading 6.51 (Win 9x)

What are the "win2k_vt202x.eve" stuffs? (edit:nm, they're video tools)

And whats with the 5.34's? They've already released a 5.51, so how could the 5.34's be new?

it probably contains the same features as 5.3x series, with some bugfixes... so no seperate desktops

Ups, sorry I'm no good at Matrox Win2k driver versions history :0
I'm planning on installing Win2K soon, that's why I'm downloading them.

              Any news on bug fixes?

Everything seems to be working for me, so Im not sure if its worth my time to download them.

Also, are there any G200 entries?

I just tested 6.51. It's multi-language. I don't know what they have done to bilinear, but you should look carefully how it looks now. Bad and in Q3 it is slower.

OpenGL version go from 2.1 to 2.2.

                  35.3 trilinear 6.50 & 6.51
                  47 Bilinear 6.51
                  52 Bilinear 6.50

The sam serious test2 seems to work for me now with z-buffer=32. Need to play more with, to be sure

hmmm.. the 5.34 Win2k drivers are only listed for the G200MMS... maybe other drivers will appear soon, meant for the G200/G4x0 in Win2k?

(*hoping that they will contain improved independant desktop feature, and new ICD*)

Quake 3 might have been gotten slower (that's why I still use TGL) but UT looks and moves damn sweet in OGL on my system now

                            hi all,

I don't want to be a bad girl, but where is the bilinear filtering in OpenGL with the new drivers ?

I noticed the new drivers still have lighting bug in the ICD. Is matrox any closer to solving this bug which can be seen in Alice/quake3 and probably in any game or application that uses lightning effects.
