overclocking g400max

the other day I did a 3dmark2000 benchmark and scored 3405. is this good??? my system p3-700@933mhz w/256ram pc133. and can i overclock my g400max. and if so, how? and how much of a more speed can I get??

My system with Duron 700-KT133 in 3dmark200 (default bench) it score 3127 with G400Max overclocked to 162/216 MHZ (Matrox Tweak Utility). With the overclock I gained about 110 3dmarks. I was able to overclock more than this but I am quite conservative and I decided for 162/216MHZ because I can play for hours without any visual glitches.

Your score looks pretty solid, Johnlo.

OCing should give you another boost and the gain certainly depends on the amount of clock speed increase.

I propose you do a search in this (Matrox Hardware) forum and have a look for various attempts and their according results.
(G400 overclock 3dmark cooling, should narrow it down)

Go for it, it's worth a try ...
