G400 SH OEM by IBM & TV Out

Hi

I have the above card , I also got me the TV out cabele of a G400 Dual head (Monitor out to RCA,SVHS).

is there anyway to connect the G400 SH with this cable to the television ?

I heard about the add-on by matorx by maybe there is a cheaper and easier solution.

BTW , where can I get the add on for the cheapest price ?
