I think you have confised the G550 card from the "Matrox Skinning" addon card for GeForce users!

        LOL

Great find! Maybe you should email this secret thingy to some news-pages?

P.S.: The only thing that bothers me a bit is: how much RAM did they manage to include in this chip?

One chip with 3 whole pins!!!

                Pin1: +ve
                Pin2: -ve
                Pin3: Data

So it's serial data transfer.... I bet there's something funny going on in those blue connectors..

                  Guys,
I´m happy to be able to continue revealing the latest news from Matrox eminent R&D department.

This is surely in the forefront of current technology, the way of the future regarding truly flexible memory subsysytem implementation

Now you don´t have to speculate

But where is the render nude chip?
According to the latest official figures, 43% of all statistics are totally worthless...

I've always preferred motherboards with 4 memory slots. Any chance Matrox will be making a 4 slot version?

                        LrngToFly,

                        this isn´t a motherboard
                        it´s an otherboard

Rubank, how the heck can I put 3 128 pin DIMMs of 256Mb each in that card plus put it in my AGP slot without the RAM crashing into and being gnawed at by the CPU fan?

Can you put the slots at a 15 degree angle?

                            Jorden,

I guess you´re stuck with a slot (1 or A) m/b. Now, you have to remember this is a solution for the future , and the future holds no place for slot m/b:s. (This I know for a fact, my less than 1 year old Abit BF6 just took it´s final breath so here I am with a slot 1 PIII800 and the only slot 1 m/b:s around are populated with inferior VIA chipsets..)

And with 768 Mb of graphics memory and a one-chip solution, you don´t need a CPU

Abit make a slot 1 i815 mobo. I think its the SE6 or something.
