    WIN 2000

    I never heard 6.27 version for WIN9x!
    Is it a WHQL release?
    Are this drivers official?

      If they where official, they would be on Matrox's web site.
      The latest WHQL drivers are 6.22.010 and 5.32.010.
      The latest non-WHQL are 6.23.005 and 5.52.010.

      As these are posted on some no-name web space, I'd suggest staying away from them. You never know what someone (you don't even know) is trying to get you to install on your system.

          No we can't, these weren't for public use and as was said before, not released by M.

              Those look like the drivers for use with the leaked 2.04 Video Tools. Strange, the first leaked Matrox stuff I can remember

                The only place I have ever heard about this is in this http://www.extremetech.com/article/0...p%253D3,00.asp article. It refrences to the way memory is controlled inside chipsets, to distribute betewen cpu, grafixs and the various IO devices.

                This might be completely off the branch, but..

                  Just had a look through the .inf file for those drivers.

                  things of interest:
                  Str10 = "Matrox Millennium G450 Low Profile"
                  Str12 = "Matrox Millennium G450 Low Profile DVI"
                  Str14 = "Matrox Dual Condor"
                  Str15 = "Matrox Millennium G450 DualHead LX"

                  and

                  Str16 = "Digital First Millennium G450 16D"
                  Str17 = "Digital First Millennium G450 32D"
                  Str18 = "Digital First Millennium G450 16S"
                  Str19 = "Digital First Millennium G450 32S"

                  Now I havent heard of the low profile ones before, or the LX one, but they arnt to exciting.

                  The dual Condor is interesting though.

                  The Digital First stuff might be some OEM deal for HP, but Im not sure.
