G400 - How many memory types are there?

My 16Mb G400 is OEM and it has SGRAM in it.

Retail G400 DH, 32MB SGRAM, I have the memory at 200MHz. I can get it up to 205 with a little artifacting and 210 is doable in windows, but unstable.

i've got a OEM g400 SH 16mb and it has sgram. i think mine is the cheapest one you could get at the time, but it looks like it still has the more expensive memory. odd
