Is this SDRAM or SGRAM on my G400?

This refers back to the post on different types of ram on the G400. I just took the card out of the computer and have my Geforce in there. But on the chips, it says:

SEC KOREA 940
KM4132G1120-6
UFH2621H (this number varies from chip to chip)

The factory label on the card says:

MK06010
G4+MDH4A32G
402.02 00857

The card is a G400 32 DH.

The "32G" at the end of the part# indicates 32meg sGram.

Thanks for the info, I'm a Matrox newbie.

I was thinking it's probably SGRAM, since I see a couple of G's on the chip and in the model number.

However I bought this card used here in Japan, so I don't know whether it's OEM or not. At least it runs at 4X AGP.

BTW, I don't think these cards even need a heatsink. The backside of my G400 behind the CPU is barely warm. On a Voodoo5 or Geforce, it is really hot to the touch, even with aftermarket heatsinks that keep the core temp around 39-44 C.
