We all know how awfully looks 24fps clip on PAL TV...

I think I managed to add a workaround for it to DivXG400
But this is kind'a hack and I'm not sure about its usability on different computers. I humbly request some PAL-TV owners to contact me and test the DivXG400 2.3 prerelease.

Ive got PAL, post the URL and Ill have a look if you want.

G400 32DH in a WinME box. Also G400 32DH in a Win2K Pro box. My TV also does NSTC (or whatever), so I can test the output in both formats.

I'm interested to know how it works... 'cause I'm looking for a way to do real-time 3:2 pulldown on 24fps NTSC movies.

You may download the DivXG400 2.3 RC2 from http://www.tac.ee/~prr/videoutils/beta/
Replace the file with one You currently have on Your PC
24->25fps conversion can be switched on and off from its options.

Please let me know the results.

Film (24fps) are converted for TV by running them at 25fps for conversion.

I only know 24fps from Films converted for VCD in NTSC at 24Hz.

Or do you mean that a 24fps RGB-Signal was used to generate a composite TV-Signal having PAL-Burst and characteristic???
