G400 TV, drivers 5.39 and .... VGA resolution

I can't get my board G400TV PAL working in win2k with drivers after 5.06, installation seems correct but when I restart, i can get only 800x600 16 colors resolution, monitor type greyed out and no Matrox tool running.
I've already tried to de-install first and also bios update.
HELPPPP!!!!!!!!!
