Returning my G550

Hi,

I bought a G550 with the notion it would boost TVOut quality over the Marvel G400-TV. Unfortunately, I have had problems with DVDMax along with incompatibility with Ulead MSP6. The Matrox support team is great, but the problem is identified with drivers ( http://forum.matrox.com/mgaforum/For...ML/002883.html and http://forum.matrox.com/mgaforum/For...ML/002924.html ). Given that there is a 30day refund policy, I really do not want to wait months for a new driver that may not fix my problems.

It is really annoying. When the DVDMax feature does work, it is better than the G400-TV.

Bring back the Marvel G400-TV and G400MAX!!!!

Well if the problem is bad enough that you want to put back your old Marvel back in, I suggest you refund it while you still can.

Once the problem is solved in drivers, you can re-consider buying the G550 again.
