G550 Oem?

i am going to buy a matrox G550.
i would like to get the oem version as it is cheaper but i would like to know what the difference is between the oem and retail versions.
thanks.

is a flower best picked in it's prime or greater withered away by time?

I have bought a G550 OEM version and the difference that I have seen has been only the lack of the CABLE adaptor
