6.71 / G400

I thought I had seen a reference to this before, but I can't be sure...
Anways, the 6.71beta driver for the G400 is nearly a month older then the 6.71 release for the G450.

Since the cards are so similar, is it possible to install the non-beta 6.71 driver on a G400 machine? Would there be any advantage to this?
