Problems with TV-out on Millennium G550

I can't get the TV Output settings to show in the DualHead tab.
And the output on my TV is totally distorted...
I have tried everything and I haven't even got a single sign of improvement.
Please help me!

I can add that I run WinXP, the latest drivers, latest BIOS and the TV is PAL.
I need to switch it from NTSC to PAL but as I said above the TV Output settings are nowhere to be seen, I know where they should be but they're not there.

how exactly did you connect your TV and monitor ?

Heh.. I feel a bit stupid...
It's all fixed now... I had connected the TV and monitor to the wrong ports...
