MJPEG and WINXP

I have tried everything and cannot get MJPEG to work under WinXP pro...How are you guyz succeeding in doing this?...I have 5.39 drivers, 2.04 VT, and also tried the FD patch in the utilities download section....I can get the MJPEG option but I always get the blue screen of death afterwards....Argh...Any help on this one?
