Pixelated Video on Primary Monitor

Hi! I'm using dual monitor (1280x960 on the primary monitor and 1024x768 on the 2nd) and recently, i realize that the video quality (mpg, avi, mov) on the primary are very low. Any small text on the video are impossible to read because they're very pixelated (low quality) But If I drag it on the 2nd monitor then everything is back to high quality again.
I've tried everything, install via driver, reinstall matrox vid driver..etc and it still doesnt work. Is there any cure to my problem?

Maybe it's the resolution you are using on your primary monitor, try it at 1280*1024 (which is more common). It could be that the video you're playing is kinda resized or stretched at this resolution.

I don't actually know, im just guessing and trying to help.

Ooops, my fault! Seems I read too many reviews of 17-18" tfts at the moment, those run @ 1280*1024....
