millennium I and windows xp

I'm getting mad.

I have a ancient Millenium I card and I'm trying to have a decent performance under Windows XP.

If I use the XP original drivers, I can't have Powerdesk (i.e. PowerStrip needed for gamma correction).

If I use the Win2k matrox drivers, I have major leaks under program such as Photoshop (palette menu, tool menu) and divx playing.

Is there on hell or earth a unofficial, prealpha, stupid driver that has been released for Windows XP?
