New drivers and movies...

Hi has anyone noticed a long delay with opening a movie with the new drivers? When I open a movie the mouse freezes for a couple of seconds, and when I close it, the mouse freezes again the screen goes black and back again everything is fine. BTW it's with DVDMax active, haven't tried without. Running WinXP.
