what is the best sub $150 card for solidworks/cad

my dad mainly uses solidworks, what is the best card he should get. right now he is on a tnt 16mb and he REALLY needs a upgrade.

I like Nvidia for my self, but that is with gaming. for solidworks im guessing that the g550 is the best card out in this price range. Or would a ti200 be a better bet?
